วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำ เนื่องจากภาษาเนเธอร์แลนด์ เป็นภาษาที่ยากพอสมควร สำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่เข้ามาอยู่อาศัยในประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ และต้องใช้ภาษาเนเธอร์แลนด์ ซึ่ง มีหนังสือและคู่มือการเรียนภาษามากมาย ที่จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ ได้จัดทำขึ้นในหลายภาษา เช่น ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาฝรั่งเศส ภาษาอาราบิก และรวมถึงภาษาตุรกีด้วย แต่เป็นที่น่าเสียดายที่คู่มือการเรียนภาษาเหล่านี้ไม่จัดทำขึ้นเป็นภาษาไทย เนื่องจากคนไทยที่อาศัยในเนเธอร์แลนด์ เป็นเพียงกลุ่มเล็กๆเท่านั้น ซึ่งในการจัดทำหนังสือนั้นผู้จัดทำจะมองถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายว่าตลาดนั้นกว้าง หรือไม่ และปริมาณความต้องการในตลาด ซึ่งการจัดทำหนังสือในปริมาณมาก ต้นทุนการจัดทำ ก็จะถูกลงตามลำดับ ทำให้หนังสือนั้นสามารถ จำหน่ายได้ในราคาที่ไม่แพง และหากหนังสือนั้นจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อคนกลุ่มเล็กๆ ปริมาณที่ต้องการในตลาดไม่มาก ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดทำจะสูง เป็นผลทำให้หนังสือนั้นราคาแพง ทำให้ตลาดยิ่งแคบลงไปอีก เนื่องจากหนังสือราคาแพงมีผู้ต้องการซื้อน้อยลง ตรงนี้จึงเป็นเหตุผลหนึ่ง ที่ไม่มีคู่มือการเรียนภาษาสำหรับคนไทยที่อาศัยในเนเธอร์แลนด์ เนื่องจากผู้จัดทำเห็นว่าตลาดแคบไม่คุ้มกับการลงทุน
ดังนั้นหนังสือ รวมหลักไวยากรณ์เล่มนี้ จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับคนไทยกลุ่มเล็กๆ ที่อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ และคนไทยที่ต้องการมาอยู่อาศัย ในเนเธอร์แลนด์ ที่ต้องการเรียนภาษาเนเธอร์แลนด์และเข้าใจหลักภาษา เพื่อการอยู่อาศัย และการทำงานในประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ ซึ่งหลักภาษาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เมื่อเข้าใจหลักภาษา จะช่วยให้สามารถเรียนพูดภาษาได้อย่างถูกต้องและเข้าใจ การเรียนและรู้หลักภาษาเมื่อผู้เรียน เข้าหลักภาษาที่เราสามารถเข้าใจได้ง่ายจะช่วยให้จำได้ จึงเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญ ที่จะช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจและสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน

Oefenexamens Inburgering Buitenland

De inburgeringstoets Buitenland bestaat uit twee delen. Een deel “samenleving en cultuur” en een deel “Nederlandse taal”. Voor beide delen is een oefenpakket beschikbaar op www.naarnederland.nl.
Het deel “samenleving en cultuur” is goed voor te bereiden met dit oefenpakket. Voor het tweede deel echter, zijn er slechts drie oefenexamens beschikbaar, die elk maar één keer te gebruiken zijn. Bovendien ziet het echte examen er anders uit dan de oefentest.
Om het examen samen met mijn Kroatische vriendin toch goed voor te bereiden hebben we zelf oefenexamens gemaakt. Op Postbus 51 staat goed beschreven hoe het echte examen eruit ziet, de oefenexamens hieronder zijn hierop gebaseerd.
Veel vragen hebben we geleend uit het web-log Nederlands leren.
Omdat de verhalen van Renate en Jan & Henk van het officiële oefenexamen echt gaan vervelen, en we Fred een sukkel vinden omdat z’n tas bij een klant laat staan hebben we voor de verhalen gekeken naar de website van het jeugdjournaal, de opmerkelijke berichten van nieuwssites en Jip en Janneke.
